Summer Engagement at Wilridge

One of my favorite places in all of Yakima is the Vineyard at Wilridge. Nestled high up above Cowiche Canyon is a stunning site with rows of grapes, romantically overgrown apple orchards, and a breathtaking view into the valley.

The inspiration for this engagement shoot was effortlessly romantic and playful. We had a blast doing some slow shutter, getting those ring details, and meandering around the area for their photos.

I love focusing in on the smallest of details. In this case it was the ring, hands, and gorgeously ruffled hem of her stunning dress.

I hear so many people tell me they don’t know what to do in front of the camera, it always surprises me! Photography isn’t about performing for the camera, it’s about being present in the moment and letting me do my job of capturing you with whoever makes you the happiest!
